Completed eight 600 sq. ft. apartments on a $75,000 contract. The four-week construction scope included, material procurement, electrical, plumbing, cabinet and countertop installation, bathtub replacements and refinishing’s, flooring, drywall, paint, trim and fixtures. Project was completed on time.
