Executed an 1,800 sq. ft. $60,000 store ADA complaint build-out. Preliminary scope included back and forth client interactions on permitting and architectural designs. The four-week construction scope included permitting, material procurement, inspections, electrical, plumbing, concrete, framing, flooring, drywall, paint, slat wall, baseboard, dropdown ceiling, storefront glass, motion activated door, tank pad and tank installation. Construction finished two weeks ahead of schedule. Post construction scope included TDLR walk down and coordinating store occupancy and inspection compliance documents.
