Completed a 2,000 sq. ft. $25,000 office suite ADA complaint build-out. Preliminary scope included back and forth client interaction for floor plan design and code compliance on a twelve-office suite. Construction scope included material procurement, electrical, plumbing, framing, flooring, tile, counters, drywall, paint, carpet, dropdown ceiling and baseboard installations. Scope was completed one week ahead of schedule and worked around main office hours to reduce tenant disturbance.
